The cruel tyranny exploits microchips to control the population by erasing minds and deciding the future.
On an assignment for the rebel group, she runs into her chipped childhood friend and discovers his blurry memories might be intact. The challenge is for them to overtake the government before they become a pawn in the apocalypse.
