Agent 8 and his new ally Cuttlefish meet Marina and Pearl by radio transmission during the ride to his first test room. After the first test, Agent 8 learns the gist of who Marina and Pearl are. While staying connected in the chatroom, as soon Pearl posts a photo of Marina, he almost couldn't believe it. An octoling created a band with an inkling? There was something more going on, interested, Eight would have to put the journey to the "Promised Land" to a halt to learn who Marina really was as a person.
