Though it has been written in 21st century English in order to be understood, the
characters actually speak a dialect as far removed from this era as modern
English is removed from Chaucer.

Every person or incident in this novel is imaginary, including the author. Any similarity with persons
or incidents, either in real life or in virtual reality, is merely coincidental.
