Senju Tsunade Konohagakuri's fifth Hokagee died of old age and was incarnated as the daughter of her pupil Sakura and Uchiha Sasuke with a twin sister named Sarada.

One day, Sasuke discovered a dimensional imbalance in the country of Uzu, and the Seventh Hokage Naruto decided to send Tsunade with Sasuke to check it out.

Some of the seals made by the Uzumaki clan members mingled with each other and created a dimensional door
