Aiden Miller is a pessimistic, stubborn Blazusie who grew up in the outskirts of a large city. He's well accustomed to the hardships he faces as a bipedal furry creature, hiding among the shadows when traveling through the city for necessities. He loves the color blue, and commonly wears poofy sweaters with scarves.
Night Smit is a kind and passionate workaholic hybrid, whose family constantly depends on her for their every need. Having to deal with her family twenty-four seven, she is quite stressed out and frustrated with her tedious, monotonous life. She enjoys wearing darker blues in her outfit, which contrast her bright, golden wings.
This story switches point of view between these two characters, explaining their perspective and thoughts at particular moments within their lives.

Due to having a terrible memory, Aiden decided to write in journals about his daily struggles, his longing for a better life, and breakthroughs that he accomplishes throughout the story. Aiden can choose to live with his mom but chooses not to because he wants to protect his brother who can't choose yet. As Aiden dives deeper into his fathers unknown past, he uncovers more and more details about his father's past. As he continues to dive deeper, the tension grows heavier. Through out the story, Aiden finds himself digging through old journals, trying to remember certain things. Can Aiden solve the mystery of his father's behavior and show the world the true nature of his father or will he choose to shrink down to nothing and continue to struggle?Complete
