The Balladeer, an incredibly well known Inazuman idol. He's also known for being in a popular idol group, including himself and three others. He appears to be incredibly kind to his fans from all over, always doing the best he can for his community. Always doing the best that he can for the world.
That, is the Balladeer. Not Scaramouche. If anything, closer to Kunikuzushi, the part of himself that he hates.

Tartaglia, on the other hand, is a Snezhnayan idol. He gets to be himself. He gets to be the generous and kind man he is.
That's half true, at least.
Despite that, the only reason he took this path as a carreer was because his father, Aerulius, forced him to. For money. Nobody really knows what goes on behind the scenes, and nobody really cares to, either. All they want is to give enjoy,ent to themselves.

Surprisingly, these two idols have never actually heard of each other. That would only last until Scaramouche finds a break in his schedule. He plans a vacation, to Snezhnaya, and at the same time buys a ticket to a concert. That of Tartaglia.

Somehow, those two end up being friends. It's a miracle, honestly. But even then, Scaramouche's choice of lying to Tartaglia could end up affecting his entire life.
