Kang Kwon Joo as Golden Time Center Director, she met Do Kang Woo when they was investigating an incident where the Chief of Police, Jang Gyeong Hak had been in a car accident. Do Kang Woo was act suspicious because he secretly taking evidence into his pocket, then Kang Kwon Joo saw and pointed a gun to him. He tried to defend himself and explained it because his reasons was very logic like he really know about the incident occurred, but he ended up in the prison. After Kang Kwon Joo knows who he is and realize maybe he can help her to solve the previous case because they are both chasing the same killer. She tried to persuade him that she will release him from prison if he wanted to join her team as a captain team in call center. At first he refuse, but then she told him that she can hear something other cannot hear even the smallest voice she can hear clearly. She proved him then he believed and decided to join her and then there were many things happened that made them become close and have feelings for each other.
