I try, Tina. I hope that where you are, you can see my life, you can see my happiness.
I believe that you forgive me.
You gave me this perfect word and went away to another one.

___________
This is a very old story.
I wrote it when I was 14 (2015) for an essay contest in English, recently I was visiting my parents and found a notebook with a story, it was all in my teacher's corrections, but I liked the plot so much. I remembered how much I liked writing it and how proud I was of it! (This was my first work in English and the first story I showed to adults)
Initially, instead of Tina, the gorl's name was Emmy, but when I reread it, I could clearly see Foolish in my head and it was just a whooh something inbetwee insight and epiphany.
I didn't correct the structure of the sentences.
This is a tribute to a 14-year-old insecure me.

My eyes were literally glowing, there was no mistaking it. It was not a reflection of light, or any of the other excuses I had used or others had assumed. They were glowing a light sapphire blue color. It was not a bright glow, but it was definitely a glow. Glowing eyes were not normal. Okay, at this point I had to admit it, I was no longer normal. What was I then? For that, I had no answer [[Word count: 495,000]] Copyright August 2016. All Rights Reserved. Readers may not copy, alter, or steal this story.
