The night of the Seven Stars Sword Art Festival final, the winner and the runner-up shared their love in a way that both of them would never forget.
Stella Vermillion wakes up the morning after and is terrified of not finding Ikki beside her on the hospital bed.
Ikki Kurogane's sister Shizuku and her friend Nagi 'Alice' Arisuin barge in expecting to catch the lovers basking in the afterglow, but are instead greeted by Stella's crushing despair. Things get even worse for her when her family calls her back to the Vermillion Empire, for her country is on the brink of war.

Where is the Seven Stars King?
"Hey, punk. You better fork up all you've got, you don't wanna get hurt." Ikki, startled, looked in front of him and saw he was in an alley, wearing the usual Hagun Academy uniform he had donned throughout the festival. He had so many questions, but knew one thing for certain.
"I'm not in my world."

This will be a complete retelling of Re:Zero. There will be no Return By Death, and the 'stench' Rem will pick up on Ikki is his status as a Desperado. There will also be no romance - or better, girls may fall in love with Ikki but his heart is for Stella only (or for Touka and Sara, but that's just me shipping dont mind this).

Re:Zero kara Hajimeru Isekai Seikatsu belongs to Nagatsuki Tappei and Rakudai Kishi no Cavalry belongs to Misora Riku. My imagination belongs to me.
