It's a short story about a young High School graduate by the name of Valissa May Carter. She believed that her life was perfect. Given that her mom always constantly worried, but that's every mom. She knew why her mom would be so worried on the nights she'd go out and see her boyfriend because they lived in a large city much like the big apple. Nothing ever went wrong when she did leave, so she disregarded everything her mom said. Only this night was one of the night she wish she could have turned around and listened to her mother. The night she would lose everything, and there was nothing she could do about it.
