After reading The Fever Code by James Dashner a few years ago I wrote a poem for one of my favorite scenes in the book and totally forgot I had written it. It is from the scene where Thomas gets sees Minho and Newt after they recieve their implants. It was just a fun little poem I came up with when I was bored so I hope you enjoy!

Safe Haven | Newt Scorch Trials Fanfiction [COMPLETED]
Hi I wrote this fanfic first for myself but I thought why not share it on wattpad for those who want to read it as well? Basically it's a Newt fanfiction set in the Maze Runner Movie Franchise. In this fanfic, Newt and Cara are already in a relationship but their situation threatens to pull them apart. Will their love stand the trials brought about by a dying world? Short Summary Newt, Cara, and the rest of the group are rescued from the maze. Cara is given her memories back right before her, Newt and the group escape the WICKED facility. Her loyalty to her friends wavers but she soon realizes that she no longer wants to work for WICKED despite Teresa trying to convince her otherwise. They try to escape the grasp of WICKED as they make their way through the Scorch in search of the Right Arm. Cara struggles with personal issues and traumas that have been brought back along with her memories. Newt tries to hold her hand every step of the way. Never Leave - Newtmas
So, I watched The Maze Runner: The Death Cure last week - and I am so not okay with that ending! Newt should have survived! So I've taken matters into my own hands and re-wrote the ending. With Newtmas being eventually canon of course! or Where everything's the same except that Brenda, Minho and Gally arrive a minute earlier to save Newt's life and even make it out of the city with the perfect cure made from Thomas' blood.
