After the Flash; Rain/Frost takes place in Hawaii during the year 2098. 2032 is when a nuclear war had gone off creating a massive wasteland. Some factions in this story were banned due to lore breaks. 90% of this story was in fact roleplayed. Some elements of the story were added for entertainment.

It was 2050, the year of the misery.The world War 3 happened, a nuclear war which ended up making the earth inhabited. But luckily there were survivors. There was an organization called 'Octagon Veranda' situated on a lonely Island which was covered by a special Nano cover which was supposed to last 300 years and it's a shield against radiation, bioweapons and chemical attacks. This organization of scientists was created to survive the World War, which could've wiped out humans from Earth. The communication system within the island was advanced and had no connection with outside to prevent AI attacks. It was protected in each possible way which is why humanity still lasts. It is 2201 now. Our little island is the only place humanity can survive on the earth but sadly it's a small island. The population is rising. So now we have a lot more problems to survive than radiation. There are two parts of the island. Inside and outside. Simply heaven and hell on the same island. If you can get inside you are more than lucky. If you get to live outside, you better pray for death. Inside the island is the place where the Octagon Veranda, the main buildings and the city are situated. Octagon Veranda, we work on eight sectors that help humanity to survive. Veterans and their families poured out of the vault wondering what they would find. They found their world destroyed, utterly. (AN: This story was inspired by Fallout: the Dominion. As such it will be an entirely original storyline. The difference between this story and that is it will cover the events of Fallout 3 and New Vegas a little bit. After a nuclear war nearly in 2150 the whole Earth has become uninhabitable for humans. There are some major cities which are still running but have very scarce resources such as food, water and oil. There are tall, thick walls protecting people from the outside world, surrounding the whole city and there is a ceiling, blocking the radiation from seeping in as air is filtered through the roof. The year is now 2205 which is the beginning for Earth to become how it was before. There are a group of people called The Warriors who go out and try to look for resources, facing death daily. A seventeen year old boy tries to steal food for his friend, he gets caught and is sentenced to death. The only way he could get out is if he joined The Warriors to search for a mythical jungle which is rumored to be flourishing in food and water. The journey is going to be very dangerous and death can come at any corner. There are bandit clans, somehow surviving outside of the walls and new types of animals unseen from humans that they didn't know existed. He will meet new friends, make some enemies and will be manipulated to do some really idiotic things, will he survive the journey and become a hero? Or will he die anyway?
