After the Flash; Rain/Frost takes place in Hawaii during the year 2098. 2032 is when a nuclear war had gone off creating a massive wasteland. Some factions in this story were banned due to lore breaks. 90% of this story was in fact roleplayed. Some elements of the story were added for entertainment.

Two secret organizations, the Peacekeepers, who makes it its mission to protect the world, and the Southpaw, who's bent on destroying it. Hiroyuki Watanabe, a fellow Peacekeeper, is part of this war. A soldier, one too young.
