Luther's family has always been kind. Liked. Respected. So when a fire breaks out in their home and leaves his parents dead, the deer hybrid has no choice but to raise his siblings and find a safe shelter.

The world however, isn't exactly safe, stuck in an apocalyptic state, with cities worn down and abandoned, and towns left behind. With strange new threats, groups of people wanting to harm the family, and his adopted wolf sister going through some sort of rapid mind infection, Luther must find a way to bring his siblings to safety, and find a new home for them.
