As officer Rianne Davis was about to submit her letter of resignation, a new case of serial killings in a nearby town emerged, bringing fear to the people living there. Rianne, as one of the top-notch detectives in their city, was chosen to handle the case and find who the mysterious culprit was and why this killer seemed to have this strange obsession with- "I can see you, detective... always." Despite plenty of warnings from her husband's continuous threats to the lives of her loved ones and the deaths around her, she accepted the offer.
