Six months after those who were dusted return, a group of radicals get caught trying to make the world as it was during the Blip. 

Three who, from two separate areas, see the shield given to another on life television, take it upon themselves to seek out their fellow Avenger. 

Along the way, they meet up with some people from their past. 

The shield is, in a way, a prize to be won to the most deserving.

It has been two years since the battle of New York and Elise, along with SHIELD and a few Avengers, had relocated to Washington, DC. She had been getting therapy and seemed kind of happy. She had took a break from Azria Curse and field missions. Taking a silent oath with herself that she'd only return if there was a good enough reason to. After reuniting with a few of her fellow Avengers and the death of someone close to her, gave her more than enough reasons to return; and she vowed to avenge that person's death while Captain America gets blamed for the death. She finds herself, once again, teaming up with him, Black Widow, and a new member, to find the one people called a "Ghost" and bring justice to him. However, things get complicated when they see the face behind the mask and realise that they have quite the history with him.
