Alex and Blake are two of the best demon hunters in the nation. It's all they've ever known being trained by their parents with their brother. For the last few years they have been criss crossing the country hunting ghosts,demons,wendigos,ect. Between personal issues like Blake's  closed up workaholic personality and Alex's let lose and live personality they were not ready for what was coming. Can they save the world from its doom?

The main idea of the book is that it takes place in a world very similqr to ours, but is also inhabited by a race of "Angels" who are extremely hard to tell apart from humans. There's virtually no way for the ordinary human to know angel from human, especially since the humans are oblivious to their existence. These Angels aren't as you'd assume them to be, though. Angels find joy terrorizing humans from as harmless as making them forget what they were looking for when they entered the room, to luring children away from families just to kill them, assume their form, and later kill their whole family. Some humans have figured it out. We call these the Angel hunters. Those who avoid the law to stop the worst of these by any means possible.
