The data quality issue log tracks all data quality issues and preventive and corrective actions taken. It can be used to highlight trends in an organization's data quality processes and his KPIs.

The most common types of data quality issues relate to party, product, and location master data. By tracking known issues, organizations can improve data quality and avoid future issues.

Another common data quality issue has to do with data sources. Data sources collect the data needed for analysis, and data analysis systems examine them for problems and errors.

These problems may include missing or duplicate records, empty fields, or inconsistent formatting. In some cases, these mistakes can lead to tragic events.

The data cleansing process includes identifying and removing bad records, validating, and adjusting if necessary. These processes can be done manually, automatically, or using data quality tools. Some data cleaning processes are complemented by other processes such as: B. Data Profiling.

aims to ensure data is clean and correct while reducing human error. Data quality is important to ensure accuracy, reliability and usefulness.

To maintain this, Special Education Assistants (SEAs) should establish processes to ensure data integrity and consistency over time. A data quality plan should also include a data quality assessment to assess the usefulness of the data for future use.
