After Skylight is the direct sequel to the first novel, Before Light, which is currently undergoing Remastering.  The story will mainly be separated to three parts:
Verde Woka, Song of the Woking of the New World;
Fierra Vorda, Song of the conflict of the Children of Light;
Epilogus Iden, Song of retribution and forgetting of the old world.

By 2057, Earth will be a shadow of its former self. Decades of unbridled consumption and climate negligence have left the earth almost desolate. Water, oil, and lush land are relics of the past, valued more than money. All nations have collapsed under the weight of famine, disease, and internal upheaval, leaving only two superpowers: the United States and Russia. They were once reluctant allies but now find themselves embroiled in a deadly, global fight for the planet's few remaining resources. [the krills might scare you though, haha!!] Skesis is going on a trip to find the elder spirits that could stop the harvesters, a group of corrupted avatars that were taking skykids to feed them to the insane Dark dragons when they grew old enough. These corrupt avatars could do much damage, could speak to the insane dragons that roamed the eye of Eden, and were growing stronger by the day. The elders had no idea. If the insane Dark Dragons managed to devour enough skykids, they would soon be able to have enough strength to force their way into other realms, and make them as barren as the sorry lands they came from. Taking down the harvesters was what his father, Orchari, was trying to achieve, since he was once a skykid that was trapped in the horrid lands of the lands in which he was held captive in. But first, he wanted to get stronger. This was a quest he had worked long to achieve, but the realm of death and power, known as the Eye of Eden, ultimately ended his life before he could. It was up to Skesis to finish his late father's job. He was going to find the elders. He was going to save them all. But the harvesters were closer to him than he realized. The human population plummeted from 7 billion to 3 billion, but those who survived discovered their bodies evolving, becoming faster, taller, and stronger. Tragically, animals also began to evolve, becoming even more powerful than humans. Bullets couldn't penetrate their armor, and even nuclear bombs couldn't threaten high-level monsters. With modern technology practically useless, warriors rose to prominence. Through training, these warriors mastered immense powers, allowing them to battle monsters tens or even hundreds of feet tall. Humanity lost all its oceans and islands, including Australia. Ultimately, only five nations remained: these five great powers formed humanity's 23 base cities. Decades passed, and it wasn't until the rise of the protagonist, Zorro, that the balance between humanity and monsters was finally broken.
