Toni wished for a never-ending OG pasta bowl before she could go back to her real life. Fatin desired to move to L.A. and become a digital influencer. Rachel Reid could still dream about making it to Stanford and the Olympics. Leah and Martha sought for connections while Shelby, Dot and Nora wanted purpose. But what would they really get after their time on the Island? How do they deal with learning that their losses were staged for unethical purposes?

This story picks up immediately after the events of Season 2 with one major change: there are no boys on this (sorry, not sorry). This fic is my take on what Season 3 could have been. It initiates from Toni's perspective and, as the story unfolds, the scope broadens. There may be some overlapping with series such as "The L word", "The L Word Gen Q", and other LA-based series.

English isn't my first language so there may be some mistakes here and there (I'll try my best to avoid them, though)
