A story set in post-modern times, a strange ars story we ended up thinking of, & constructing -
In Peru, City of Lima, abandoned by its owner, it's people don't know of it yet & the income is being sucked dry, as such people resort to desperate measures, .the country is on trial to it's doom, electricity is longer a reliable source.

This ties with the concept of government greed & instability, the concept of money, a dystopian world, safety is a word that nobody can buy without a penny - (also ties with steampunk, n' retro-futurisitic settings)
