An all female pirate crew may irk old sailors who say women are bad luck on the high seas, but me and my girls had gone through much worse before we commandeered this ship. We escaped the gallows together, and I became their captain, since then I vowed never to betray their trust. Yet my own compassion brought us to harm's way.
As I try to protect all that I hold dear, I find solace on a magical creature of the sea that looks up at me with his intense gaze, that's before this one enemy pirate tries to rile me up with his suave grin.
