(Since a lot of hell lore for Hazbin/Helluva is still unknown or may have changed from the pilot, I'll be using my own sort of interpretation for parts that haven't been fully revealed yet. But it'll mostly stick to canon.)

You're a sinner and now you're in hell. You've been here for a while and it's not bad, just different. You've found your way working at a club and you've learned to stand up for yourself better than you ever did when you were alive. Still, it's a lonely life especially considering the people you care about are still alive and you've never exactly been social especially now since a lot of these sinners are just shitty people. Yet there will be diamonds in the rough and a chance encounter could change your entire life in hell.

*Story takes place after current episodes which would be Season 2 Episode 2, but some lore is changed since A: we didn't get to see the improvements to Stolitz that lead to what we saw in episode 2 and B: since episodes are still releasing, it probably won't be too canon to whatever we may see next*
