The salty water pooled at her feet, cleansing her sins from her mind and body. The ocean air was crisp. It relived her soul of all its pain, and silent suffering. Peace could not last forever. Salty water once clear as day turned murky with red. Not the red of a rose, or perhaps the red of a kiss.

And it stung her skin as her sins were soaked back into her. This war wouldn't end without a final blow to the rest of humanity. The world deserved to suffer, and she would watch it burn. Only a few years back did she realize who she is, and that fate led her deeper into the depths of paths, and just what else Eren Yeager had made her purpose to be.
A Martyr? A Queen? A Vessel?

I have add a prolog to this fic . It is headcanon for me, that Levi has already deep feelings for Mikasa. I'm not a fan of the AnR theory.
