It began with an inferno. Intense sweltering heat, all-consuming and addictive. Such provocation evoked the judgement of spiders, weaving and whispering judgements about their love. Then, winter came. A frosted glass encasing dragon fire, preserving a momentary state of dormancy.
It ended with a 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞. The rapture of a dragon's wrath proved too strong to be contained and hidden away. Its strength transcended vows and promises of fealty, it dismantled unions and caused disorder within the realm.
However, its force was fallible. Fire lost control and spread rampant. The dragon flew too close to sun, dying where it loved most.
