When the world is split into quadrants through ruthless aggregation of countries and massacre of countless innocents, sometimes a sane voice rises above the rest to propose a solution which sheds the least blood and benefits the rest

There are times when no peace lasts a few days necessitating the sacrifice of a few to benefit the surviving. There is no advantage too small in a war and advantages are acquired through wisdom and wisdom through knowledge. Knowledge can be acquired from anyone and anything.
