On Sunday I got this letter in the mail saying I got a full scholarship to Canterwood Crest Academy. The most prestigious boarding school in the country and I got in "OMG!" I yelled out loud. The neighbours started staring at me as I ran inside. My mom must have noticed my excitement as I bounced as I walked holding the letter with a tight grip. I practically screamed to my mom " I got a full scholarship to Canterwood crest academy!!!!!!!"

"I leave the Saturday before school starts after I go email the Headmistress saying I accept the scholarship, bye"
"Congratulations, honey" mom says as I raced to my room. As soon as I get in my room I grab my laptop and open it up but I just sat there staring at the home screen. I haven't been on my laptop in a long time, and now I find myself dumbfounded staring at my home screen it is a picture of my friend Eric and I playing at the park. Eric moved away 7 years ago because his dad's business kept him moving a lot, and because he was a horse lover like me we became best of friends. Thoughts running though my head as I stare motionless at the screen but I snap myself back to reality. I open up my email and start to write "I would be honoured to attend Canterwood.."
