Twins Harry and Percy Potter were separated the night Voldemort attacked their house. Percy, after finding Sally Jackson and discovering his demigod heritage, has been living in Manhattan, New York for ten years, while Harry's been stuck with the Dursleys. Their telepathic twin link has been severely weakened over the distance, leaving them with no way to contact each other.
Except Percy promised to find him when they hit sixteen years old.
A few days after their birthday, Harry is starting to think that Percy's forgotten about him; until a spark of hope ignites in his mind.
