Jordyn and Marshall first meet on one of those days Marshall is desperately trying to sell copies of his debut album Infinite, vending on the streets of Detroit, standing right next to his beat down hand-me-down Honda his mom had passed on to him. Jordyn is trying to make it in the music industry as well. She wants to make it as a singer. So, the two of them meet, eventually realize that they have a whole lot in common, and are both there for each other along their journeys to make it big, as well as everything else on between, eventually becoming best friends, then going from friends to lovers, but so many things get in their way right from the get go.
