justice is born from evil...and Izuku Shigaraki is the living proof of that,
Izuku lives in a society where humans, for the first time in millennia, evolved, first it was a baby in Qing Qing China where reports stated the a baby as born who radiated light, after that reports of people with super powers pop up across the globe

because these people where discriminated and hated by the normal folk they decided to rebel and created a terrorist group with one person leading them, my
father All for one

these people began to cause chaos and havoc around japan using their new found abilities, japan was spit into two, those who want to rule the world in fear by making the normal people as second class and those who simply want to use their new gift for good no matter what the people think of them

and because it wasn't long before war started in japan, a war between the terrorist and the people who just want to live in coexistence
but much to their horror, japan was slowly being conquered piece by piece by may father and it wasn't long that he fully conquered the country

once my father conquered the country he and his forces made their way into their next target, America and thus another war started between the Quirk supremacist and the American army

Izuku Shigaraki is a weak and frail boy who just want to help fight the war and save people with a smile on his face and make his father see the error of his ways, but he was denied of that dream but it wasn't until he was offered a chance to help his country by being a test subject for a experiment called Project rebirth

and thus the legend of captain America began. . .
