The world ended a long time ago.

Some humans survived. But in order to do so, the original Survivors enhanced themselves with animal DNA, adopting traits that allowed them to live in this mutated wilderness of giant Beasts and vast, unexplored swathes of jungle-AKA, the Wold.

But something that unnatural had to come at a cost.

Meet Ash-one of the unlucky ones. She's almost human-71%, to be exact. With cat claws, ears, and a lot of anxiety, she's on the run to avoid death or slavery at the hands of human purists in the Capital. And, she just might have accidentally set out to save the rest of her kind along the way.

When she encounters Stone on her quest, a brooding wolf-boy who relies on knives and sarcasm to fight his way through the Wold, she may get a lot more than she signed up for, as he decides to accompany her along on her quest. Through endless battles, hidden villages, and touching encounters with the travelers of the Wold, Ash and Stone may just change the world as they know it.All Rights Reserved

From getting shot at by hunters and chased by hunting dogs to surviving a drought and even a forest fire, the wolves have many difficulties. The wolves go through many difficult things that all wolves experience in everyday life. Stone and Snowflake then become a family, taking care of their pups, and exploring the forest they live in. After a while, things looked alright for Stone and his growing family. But when wolf packs from the Western region of the forest arrive, disputes begin to emerge among the wolf packs. It's time for Stone and his family to step up in life, and fight back against the enemy wolf packs that have recently arrived in order to defend themselves. Stone knew that the only way to restore order in the forest is to fight against the Western wolves of the forest. But will fighting back be enough in order for Stone and his family to survive with the conflicts between the wolf packs, on top of fighting against foxes and bears?

Governments across the globe found that humanity wasn't what it was before and had become dark and terrible to live in, so to fix that they made a small utopia pulling in families, scientists, and important government officials to create the perfect pair of humans. Those two humans would be trained to kill what humanity has become and start it all over, so the world would be a better place. But once they make the female, they find that she is not like her partner. She has a different goal in mind than restarting humanity. This is my first book, so it may have a few mess ups but I hope you enjoy, I have worked hard to at least get this out. She gets beaten daily, and is a stress reliever to most of the pack members. She finds her mate when she's walking home, but due to her wolf being dormant, she's unable to recognize him. Her mates name is Alexander Lopez. He's the next in line alpha of the Rising Blood Moon pack, and has been searching for his mate since he turned fourteen. He finds her, and because of her dormant wolf, he thinks she's human. Soon she goes missing, because her pack members sold her to a rogue pack. Alex searches, and searches, but cannot find her. Her wolf has to completely go dormant, because it's just causing her pain and she would died of she didn't. Alex thinks that she's dead, because he felt the connection between them break. He finds another girl to be his mate, and when Ashleigh is found, she is heartbroken. Not only was it her pack that made her suffer through all that because they sold her, but her mate had given up on her because her wolf had to go into dormancy. She falls into severe depression, and develops a form of PTSD, that was formed from the shock she had from her pack and mate's betrayal. She isn't happy anymore, and that brightness she had in her personality is gone, leaving a husk of her former self. Will her pack and mate right their terrible wrongs, and bring her back to her former glory, or will they carry on with how they are, and have her fall into a comatose like state?
