Just after Prince Baelon Targaryen was named hand of the king, the man and his second son, Daemon Targaryen, had to sit and discuss the matter of his betrothal. The boy was 15 and wanted nothing to do with marriage. 

Baelon's eldest, Viserys, was married and had a young Daughter of 5, the only being Prince Baelon had ever seen command the rebellious teen.
