Kira matsona is a 17 year old honor student who lives in Japan. She lives with her mother step father and younger brother hatsuda. When Kira begins noticing changes in her best friend, light Yagami's behavior, Kira or K as she prefers to be called begins to believe light may be Kira the killer. K soon meets L. K then finds her self falling for L and when a shinigami rem comes to kill L, k takes matters into her hands and changes L's fate to die.
