It has been a couple of years since the supposed death of RED. Duh and Doc had lived peacefully, only occasionally bothered by the disturbance of Scope. However, something is breaking loose once again... and this time, it may come with some sacrifice.

Doc has continued his career as a doctor in a different OneLife center. However, after an injury, he finds himself capable of a new, unique power... one that slowly begins to drive him insane. But an incident causes destruction among the school... almost costing Duh's life. RED's rampage against them had never ended... in fact, it barely even started.
