It has been a couple of years since the supposed death of RED. Duh and Doc had lived peacefully, only occasionally bothered by the disturbance of Scope. However, something is breaking loose once again... and this time, it may come with some sacrifice.
Doc has continued his career as a doctor in a different OneLife center. However, after an injury, he finds himself capable of a new, unique power... one that slowly begins to drive him insane. Meanwhile, Duh has taken on a job as a teacher, and finds himself to be the teacher of Lulu, unbothered by all the stares from his students. But an incident causes destruction among the school... almost costing Duh's life. RED's rampage against them had never ended... in fact, it barely even started.
As the tension begins to unfold once more, mysteries circle the two; a stranger constantly follows them, desperate to seek for their attention for an unknown cause. And Duh realizes that Doc might be hiding a secret from him... and will do anything to prevent him from finding out.

After more months, he loses his hope, killing everyone around as if that would make anything better. Nigel gets locked up in an asylum, declared for mentally unstable: charged for many, many murders. And since he doesn't ages, they keep him for experiments. Since they are very religious in there, they believe it's the Devil his son. After eight years, somehow Nigel keeps seeing this blonde-reddish boy visiting him. He tells him stories, being all cheeky and forces him to wait. The doctors around are trying anything to get that boy out of Nigel his mind, and when they don't succeed, they decide to use electroshock therapy for that. As Nigel threats to lose Alex, the connection between the two fades a lot. Alex has barely enough strength to stay around, and gets forced to find a body before he disappears forever. Strangely enough a patient passes by during Nigel his therapy. A suspicious girl that always wants to know everything that's going around. Since she is the only weak person of them all in a near distance, Alex gets into her body - being forced to share it with another soul. As soon as Nigel realizes that the girl isn't just somebody, and they can't get away from each other, there's only one option left. But what will happen? Will Alex get his body back? It was a normal day, until we heard those static noises. The next thing you know everyone is running out the classrooms. I can hear students screaming and running. When I step out I see bodies all over the floor. My old friends covered with blood, like a red blanket covering them. Follow as a group of students try to escape this hell. Their past catches up to them. They have to face reality and stop trying to hide the past. What they didn't expect was for the past to catch up so quickly.
