Three apprentices' lives tangle together unexpectedly under a crumbling world. Sunpaw is a secret spy struggling to find where his loyalties truly lay, Fawnpaw has become a exile in her own Clan trying to peice together the world that has crumbled before her, Owlpaw has a special connection with StarClan- a connection that has the power to either save or destroy everything.
Together, they must uncover the dark truth about the three Clans by the mountain. New betrayals, secrets, and realities will arise, each bringing a new complication to the fight. Soon, these cats will have to be willing to decide how much they were willing to hold on to and how much they were willing to let go.
