Tavon is poor. His mother is long gone and father working into the later hours of the day. His brother, Broder has a wife that is with kids due soon and Tavon does not want to ask anything of his brother who has more mouths to feed than him. One day, Tavon finds an egg in his backyard. Big, blue, and shining. He keeps it and every day waits for it to hatch. One day, it does.
It's a dragon.
Legends about dragons swirled around for much time but Tavons father said it was all rubbish. Tavon loved these stories though. He knew that it was impossible, yet true. He was what seemed like the last Dragon-Rider. An ancient race of people that rode dragons and protected nature and humanity from harmful forces like, well, humanity itself. Ever since Ahriman took over, people lost hope. Now, finding out he is the last one, he embarks on a journey to connect with his dragon, to find out more about being a Dragon-Rider and to eventually destroy Ahriman.

Rise of Fire: Dragons Reborn [COMPLETED], écrit par RosaleeRain
49 chapitres Terminé Contenu pour adultes
The world had long since forgotten the age of dragons, those creatures that had once ruled the skies as gods had long since disappeared after the conclusion of the Great Demon Wars. Dragons became nothing more than a fading legend, a story to tell children at bedtime. But the gods could not let the dragons die, for they were the last defense against the demon armies and the dark god Vekkar. Talia had been born and raised in a world of darkness acting as an agent of Hephatus, goddess of assassins and death. She knew only a life of killing, sometimes for justice, sometimes for honor, always for money. Her morals were opaque at best. But when she's deployed to the city of Arboros she finds herself thrust into a world of political games, opposing powers, and constant threat. Nowhere was safe even for her. Her goals became muddied, and then lost altogether when she meets the Dwarven Prince. Bromyr had spent the last five years of his life chasing ghosts, desperate to find the lost dragon eggs. His people thought him crazy, his father stripped him of his titles, but he never gave up. Eventually his effort bore fruit and he hastily made way to return to his homeland only to get caught up in the city of Arboros. It was there that he met an intriguing half-giant, a woman who ignited a fire everywhere she went. In the end she was the one who inadvertently brought about the new age of dragons. What could go wrong when an ill tempered assassin becomes the first dragon rider of a new age? ***Cover made by annie1loves1you***

A long time ago. When the world was ruled by Dragons, two of the highest class royalty dragons on Earth were here. The Mercy Dragons. And the Flame Dragons. Despite their names, they were both very nice people, and were the best of friends. Once the two children of the families were born, everything was perfect. Until, only a week after the baby's' birth, Prince Blade, of the Flame Dragons disappeared. The Flame Dragons blamed the Mercy Dragons, and soon after went into war. This war lasted for years. And is possibly still happening today. This is a story about a boy named Blokko Siere. When he was a baby, he was found in a forest fire, and adopted by the Siere family. He also has a brother named Eren. One day at school, he runs into a girl with beautiful white hair and eyes, and after knocking into her, hears a voice in her bag. The two meet again later in class, as she is introduced as the new exchange student, Yaoshida Mercy. The two get to know each other, and go on a little tree date. Thing end up moving fast, and after giving out some harsh words, they end up in a world of Half-Breeds, ruled by the powerful dragons. Blokko is told the truth about Yaoshida, and shortly after meets her assistant Merisiel. These three must find the mastermind behind Prince Blades fall to Earth, and stop them from destroying the world of Half-Breeds. (This story has its moment, like some cute romance scenes, and a fight scene. I put a lot of time working on this, and I hope you enjoy.)

"A dragon and its rider are not mere companions but a single entity, united in purpose until their last breath." - Flight Master Sorren Beckinsale Rothnia teeters on the edge of war. In the frozen North, Ashe Academy forges the kingdom's deadliest weapon: humans bound soul-to-soul with ancient, proud beasts who once ruled the skies. Jaeda, nineteen and orphaned, never asked to be conscripted. She was given no choice. Survive the trials, claim a dragon, or die trying. Prince Carlyle Madden was born for this place. Privilege armored him from birth, and now he wears the rank of Wing Commander. His duty is simple: turn raw recruits into killers. His complication is Jaeda, the one cadet who looks at him like he's the enemy, not the crown. Under his unrelenting command, every mistake bleeds consequences. Every glance lingers too long. And when a dragon finally chooses, it will bind one of them to a power great enough to save the North... or burn it to ash. In a sky ruled by fire and betrayal, only one question matters: Will Jaeda remain forever grounded-or rise high enough to bring them both down? *** Before you ask, Fourth Wing inspired me. And others: How to Train Your Dragon and Game of Thrones. Hence, the tags to get my story noticed. I'm sorry for the confusion. This is NOT fan fiction of those fandoms. It's my story. It's unedited, a work in progress, a passion project. I would love feedback! Both in Jaeda's POV and Carlyle's POV. Torin has always felt out of place in his small village. Despite the familiarity of his surroundings, he cannot shake the feeling that he doesn't belong. He longs for a place where he can truly be himself, away from the expectations of his people, a life free of the stifling weight of conformity. His dreams are filled with a sense of belonging, a vision of a life where he is accepted for who he is, not for who others expect him to be. One fateful day, while attending the annual Dragon Safe Arena, where dragons are brought to be killed for sport and fear, something extraordinary happens. A black dragon, larger and more majestic than any Torin has ever seen, enters the arena. The crowd erupts in excitement, but Torin feels an unexpected connection. The dragon's eyes lock onto his, and in that moment, he hears a voice-not in his ears, but in his mind. The dragon speaks to him, its words clear, yet impossible: "I see you, young one. You do not belong here." In a shock of realization, Torin understands the dragon's plea. No one else can hear it, no one else can understand the words-but Torin can. At that moment, everything changes. He chooses to defy the world he's always known, running away with the dragon, escaping the village that never understood him. As they journey together, seeking refuge in the wilds, they encounter other teens-four others-each of whom carries their own special gift. They, too, are misfits. One has the power to control the wind, another can manipulate shadows, a third can speak to animals, and the last can heal with a touch. The group of them, united by their unique abilities, form an unlikely family.

Allen Walker(NOT FROM D-GRAYMAN), a 13 year old boy with a dream to become a warrior, just like his Father Argon Walker. And 4 childhood friends will gather together and reclaim what was once theirs. Wonderful tales about adventures and battles against the Empire of Gallamine... But this was not one of those heroic times. The messenger was a soldier of the King, bearing a Blue cloak with a Gold insignia of the King, The Mighty Blue Dragon, on his hands. Allen's mother covered her face with grief and ran inside the house. Allen wanted to cry, but he kept a brave face. His lower lip wouldn't stop trembling. As he extended his hands for the cloak, the messenger unveiled his hoodie and underneath was his Uncle Waller with tears and red nose. Allen ran and hugged him. Not letting him go, thinking he too would suddenly disappear. "Allen... Please take this inside." Said Waller, "I will come back when we have done the ceremony for his burial." Waller kneeled down with his arms extended, offering Allen his fathers cloak. "But... Uncle Waller. What-" I started crying, but kept a brave face. "I understand Uncle *Sniff* I will be brave for the family and Mom." I took the cloak from his hands, and something clicked inside my head. A voice came through to my head, more a whisper than a normal voice. Uncle Waller stood up and walked away. I embraced the cloak, my tears falling on it, as I remembered my fathers scent. "I don't know what happened... But I promise you this Father, I will find the person who did this to you, and make it pay for taking you away from our family". I swore with anger burning in my heart. "I must grow strong, just like Father, Uncle and Grandpa... I will become The strongest Warrior there ever was, you will see Father..." I walked back inside the house. "Allen... You have promise..." Said the whisper, "I will help you grow strong, and get Revenge..." Said the voice with sadness, "You are a very special Kid".
