A Meeting Above the Clouds

Izuku Takami, younger brother to Keigo Takami the pro hero Hawks, is a 14 year old boy who generally likes to just relax and have fun but he also has always loved saving people, eventually with help from a recommendation from his elder brother, gets into UA high, and spent his time there having fun and saving and helping people and making new friends, one of his favorite things to do is just relax and fly around, he's always found peace up above the clouds only an occasional plane or his brother and father could ever bother him, but what happens when he meets a nice girl at a pro hero party, and they meet again, up above the clouds, distancing themselves from the rest of the world, taking in the peace and quiet of above the clouds, and they chat and become friends and end up in the same class at UA together along with his best friend and they start the journey of being heroes, though for Izuku and this girl, it's less a journey of becoming heroes together and more a journey of meeting someone else, up above the clouds, someone who won't remain just friends for all too long.
