After a rough patch in their marriage, Leo and Lia's parents send their children to Isla de Manila over the summer in order to have time to theirselves to sort their problems out. However, during their stay at the island, they find out that their relatives are world renowned assassins who make it their living.

Both of the twins get accustomed to their new setting, where they meet relatives that they have only met when they were babies.  As they spend time with them, they awaken their own Lotus Eyes, supernatural abilities that only the Badah family get access to, in order to protect their own blood.
