Tremaine has lived in Harlem for her entire life. She's just another young, misbehaving black girl from a poor family. Even though she misbehaves, she's still innocent. But there's a boy on her block by the name of Rakim who can change her forever. Is there more to Rakim than Tremaine thinks? Is he more than just a local rapping dropout? For all she knows, he can be anybody. A killer, or a millionaire. But whatever she does, Tremaine can't fall for him.
