After failing his last grand festival he entered in the Johto Region now he travels to the Hoenn Region to enter the Pokemon contest for his third grand festival and continues to follow his dream. Along the way, he makes new friends, and rivals catches new Pokemon, and even finds romance with a beautiful redhead female from Team Rocket.
