Our Song will be the first story in the book series,  The Magic of Music. Each book will be a short-ish story will be based around one certain song. For example a false background story to the song, or why the song is so special to a certain person. Each book will have make belief characters that are figments of my imagination. If in the story a character claims to have written a song it is merely in the story, not real life.

Our Song is originally written and sang by Taylor Swift.

Every couple has one special song. A song that holds meaning. But no one ever said it had to have music.

My name is Erica Milan. I am the lead singer in my band The Dream Catchers.  I did something I regret. Something horrible. I lost my boyfriend due to it. But I love him. So I decided to write down our song.All Rights Reserved

Some of this timeline has less detail than the rest, but I have better memory of things that have happened in the past year than I remember things that happened six and seven years ago. My memory is faulty, but so is yours. I don't remember every second of everything that happened, but I do have many memories that I still cherish, even if you don't remember them.
