Watchers are powerful beings. All hermits live in fear of them, and if one ever came into hermitcraft, it would be killed. 

That's why Grian has to hide his past, and he's running as far away from it as he can. But eventually it catches up with him, and his friends are in mortal danger. Will he reveal his watcher side to save them, or keep his secret and watch them die?

When he joined Hermitcraft after running away from the Watchers, it was starting to come together, until season eight began and his life was thrown into chaos. The Watchers were there, and he didn't even know if they were good or bad anymore. He didn't know who to be scared of. And he was forced to question everything in silence, finding refuge only in his magic. And unfortunately for him, things don't always go the way he might have expected - not that he really had any expectations, anyway. There is some mild swearing. SBI gets transported to HermitCraft where they fix the broken bonds with the help of the hermits, but Dream has other plans. Dream plots to destroy Hermitcraft to ensure that his toys wont escape again, The Hermits aren't too happy about this. // NO ROMANTIC SHIPS // *cover not mine*

Though he tried to prove them wrong, and to show them that he was trustworthy, they refuse to believe him. He WAS the only Watcher who ever had a disobedient thought. Now, he's been teleported to a strange land called Hermitcraft. No one trusts him there. Why should they? Trust is just a lie to Grian. It always will be. Or will it?
