After Sarah died last year, Brendon Urie didn't think he could, or would, ever find love again. He stepped out of the limelight, stopped making and recording music, and basically stopped living. His friends and family kept trying to help him through his grief, but Brendon's life ended the day he buried his soulmate. Little did he know, a night at the Santa Monica pier was about to change the trajectory of his life.

Thirteen year old Abby Stong just wants a life that isn't full of pain. In foster care since her mother died when Abby was 4, Abby hasn't known stability for nine years. In nine years, she's been in 14 foster homes. This last one, might just be the death of her. But one night at the Santa Monica pier, the trajectory of her life is permanently altered.

I hold absolutely no animosity towards Sarah. I would hate for what happens in this story to happen to ANYONE. Sarah's death is simply a plot device and I don't want anything to happen to either of them. Abby, is obviously a completely fictional character.
