* Rewrite * (Y/N) Hopper is the 19-year-old daughter of Hawkins infamous police chief Jim Hopper. Hawkins saw Billy as the handsome gentleman he'd made himself out to be & only Hopper & Eddie Munson knew what he was really like. He was possessive & controlling & just a total jerk. But Eddie could only standby & watch as his childhood best friend was lost to Billy Hargrove.
