A world where 80% of the entire population get these abilities, known as and named 'Quirks'. The fantasy of heroes and villains became reality... But what about the remaining 20%? 


Well, that's the problem. The remaining 20% of the population never got Quirks, and as a result, were appropriately named 'Quirkless'. There would be no hope of them becoming heroes, right?
