Izuku was looking genuinely upset cause he didn't mean this all to happen and now he even dragged a stranger in this this might even be the worst day ever,he took a look at the bartender and wanted to ask him to leave and not make a big deal out of the current situation but seems like he had otherplans, before izuku could even move his mouth the bartender was leaning on his shoulder once again very confidently.

Izuku could feel his cheek go slightly pink but it wasnt out of embarrassment was it?
