As a parting gift for his graduation, Korosensei caused an incident to cause the White Room to shut down temporarily, so that Karma's first friend, Kiyotaka, may escape, hoping that both may reunite, at least temporarily. Following Korosensei's instructions, Karasuma spent a year tracking down Kiyotaka for his student, and found him at ANHS. Knowing that Ayanokoji Sensei would do everything he can to being Kiyotaka back, Karma decided to enroll as a transfer student in order to aid, and reunite with his old friend. With the help of Agent Karasuma, and Chairman Sakayanagi, Karma was successful in enrolling as a transfer student during their 2nd year of High School. Now the duo reunite and will once again face many challenges together, and may once again compete with each other.
