Maeve and Alice Blackwell's parents were in the same year at Hogwarts as Molly and Arthur Weasley and some of the other well-known wizard surnames. Because of their parents' friendships, Mae and Ali grew up quite a bit around the Weasley kids. They all spent a lot of time together in their youth, especially as the Blackwell parents became too involved in their work to be good parents to their young twin girls. 

Ever since she was young, Mae has had a huge crush on Charlie. Follow her through this story of her years in Hogwarts, to her apprenticeship at the Romanian Rescue Centre that Charlie works at in which their friendship evolves into something else.
