I got in the front seat with my dad. He didn't look to happy as he was talking on the phone, more like very disturbed. But I knew that my news would definitely cheer him up. Since my parents had been very supportive about me following my dream to dance. My Mom had especially been really encouraging, since she had done the same thing at my age. She was always telling me that I could do anything if I set my mind to it. My dad finally got off the phone.

'Oh daddy, you won't believe what happen! I-'

'Hannah, you have got to know something.' He said his face completely serious.

'What is it daddy?' I questioned confused.

'Your Mom has been in a car accident, and she's currently in a coma.'

I was speechless. I couldn't believe it. I looked at my dad's face trying to see if he was playing a joke on me, but I saw no sign of happiness. I didn't say anything. But he continued ' She was hit by a 16 wheeler driven by a drunk driver.'
