When it hit

A world where a nuclear bomb hit. and if you breathe the air it gives you a nuclear power or (np) so the two girls have to figure out how to survive with these powers and hide from the government who is trying to confine them and learn how to survive with some friends ( I came up with this idea when I was bored so here lol)
