Two voices, then two shadows racing toward me.

Noah dropped to his knees on my right, eyes wide, hand already reaching for my ankle like he could fix it with just his touch. "Are you okay? Can you move it? Don't move. I'll carry you."

But then Felix shoved in from the other side, chest heaving, "Back off, Noah. I've got her."

Their hands met on my shoulders, both trying to lift me at the same time.

I winced. "Guys, seriously-"

"Back off, Felix. You'll make it worse."

I groaned. "This is not happening."But it was. Right there in the middle of gym class, with a sprained ankle and half the class watching, two of the most confusing boys in my life were practically ready to brawl over who got to carry me to the clinic.
