"Zoe!"
"Zoe!"
Two voices, then two shadows racing toward me.
Noah dropped to his knees on my right, eyes wide, hand already reaching for my ankle like he could fix it with just his touch. "Are you okay? Can you move it? Don't move. I'll carry you."
But then Felix shoved in from the other side, chest heaving, "Back off, Noah. I've got her."
Their hands met on my shoulders, both trying to lift me at the same time.
I winced. "Guys, seriously-"
"Back off, Felix. You'll make it worse."
I groaned. "This is not happening."But it was. Right there in the middle of gym class, with a sprained ankle and half the class watching, two of the most confusing boys in my life were practically ready to brawl over who got to carry me to the clinic.
And I was the one stuck in the middle... literally.

Orphaned and alone, Zoe is sent to live with her cold, controlling uncle, his dismissive wife, and their four sons-none of whom want her there.
Forced into the chaotic halls of public high school for the first time, Zoe quickly becomes the target of the school's reigning queens, Juliet and Iman-who feel threatened when their golden boy crush, Noah, starts showing interest in Zoe. But Noah only wants her for homework help... or does he?
As the bullying intensifies, Zoe finds an unexpected ally in her older neighbor, a former fighter who teaches her how to stand up for herself-physically and emotionally. With a growing sense of power, Zoe begins to fight back against the cruelty, navigating the messy waters of high school, love, and betrayal.

But Zoe isn't the scared little girl she used to be.
This time, she refuses to be bullied.
This time, she's going to fight.

I've always been told that I'm intelligent. I'm not the type of girl they fall in love with, and for him, every girl does. How did I end up falling when I knew that? I have no idea. Guess I'm not that smart after all.

Meet Blair Saunders: kind and sweet, number one student of Liberty High, good daughter and sister. She is intelligent and might show off a strong attitude yes, but she is surprisingly shy, clumsy and clueless sometimes.
Meet Mason Reid: he is annoying as he is good looking, number one headache generator for his fellow teachers and his recently new acquaintance, Blair Saunders. He is charming and flirty but also a surprisingly cruel bully sometimes.
What happens when these two collide with each other... quite literally?
What happens when you believe in love but you're not able to see it standing right next to you?
You miss it.
